More Google reviews.
No extra work for you.
Kairo asks your customers for a Google review after every finished job, drafts the replies, and keeps your Google profile current — for local service businesses in Barrow and Gwinnett counties. Done for you, month to month, with one page a month that tells you plainly what happened.
No contract. $299 setup, then $149 a month — founder pricing for our first ten clients. The audit is free whether you hire us or not.
Two services. Priced on the page.
You should be able to tell what something costs before you talk to anybody. Here is what we sell, and what each one actually includes.
Google reviews + profile, done for you Active
More reviews, a Google profile that's complete and current, and one page a month showing what moved. Most of local search comes down to your Google Business Profile and your reviews, because that is where local results are actually decided.
- A review request after every completed job, sent automatically. Same link to every customer, happy or not — asking only the happy ones breaks Google's rules, so we don't do it.
- A reply drafted for every review you get, in your voice. You approve before anything posts.
- Your Google profile set up properly — categories, a complete services list, hours that match reality, real photos of your trucks and crew.
- Google post drafts when you have something worth saying — a promotion, a finished job — not on a schedule.
- One page, once a month, showing reviews gained, calls from Google, and where you sit on the map. That's the whole report.
How long it takes: profile activity usually moves in 2–8 weeks. Map results on longer searches, 4–12 weeks. The big one-or-two-word searches take 3–6 months, and anyone who tells you otherwise is selling ads and calling it SEO.
Websites Active
We build it first. You look at it. Then you decide. Nothing to pay until you've seen your own site, finished, on your own phone.
- Built for your trade and your town before you pay anything.
- Live in 7 business days from the day you say go.
- You own it — the site and the domain, in your name, on day one.
- One price for the build. No charge per page, no charge for a contact form, no charge to change your phone number. Hosting is separate and billed at cost.
Hosting is about $0–20/mo depending on the site, billed at cost.
Missed-call text-back Add-on
Somebody calls at 8pm, gets voicemail, and calls the next guy on the list. This texts them back within seconds, so the conversation starts before they move on. It's built and tested. I'd set it up after the review side is running — ask and we'll talk it through.
you ask
What we don't do.
Most of what a cheap marketing company bills for does nothing. Here's what we refuse to charge you for, and why.
-
No contracts
Month to month. If we're not earning it, leave — and take your site, your domain, and your Google profile with you.
-
No guaranteed rankings
Nobody can guarantee a spot on Google. Anyone who does is either buying ads or lying, and both end the same way.
-
No 40-page report
The stack of charts is there to look like work. You get one page: reviews, calls, map position.
-
No weekly Google posts
When the local-search agency Sterling Sky tested weekly posts on three listings for nine weeks, tracking 441 keywords each, rankings didn't move. So we don't sell a posting schedule. We draft a post when there's something real to say.
-
No screening your reviews
Asking only the happy customers breaks Google's policy. Everyone gets the same link.
-
No surprise invoices
Extra page, blog setup, content writing, "local SEO starter" — the add-on fees other companies stack on top. What we agree to before we start is what you pay.
One page. Four numbers that mean something.
The most common complaint owners have about marketing companies isn't the price — it's not knowing whether anything happened. So this is the whole report.
Why it's this short
Because these are the only numbers that turn into money. Impressions, domain authority, keyword density and the rest are things a vendor shows you when the phone isn't ringing.
Where the numbers come from
Google Search Console, your Google Business Profile, your website's analytics, and a monthly scan of where your business shows up on the map across your service area. All pulled automatically, all yours if you leave.
Why it's blank
Because we won't put made-up numbers on our own website. Kairo's first client started in August 2026 — their review count is real and sits in the Work section below. Calls and map position publish here at the 90-day mark, with the actual figures.
It's one person, and you'll have his cell.
My name is Justin Howland. I work in IT during the day — identity, device management, automation, the plumbing behind other people's businesses. Kairo started with my family's HVAC company, Thermal Heating and Air: I built their website, then took over their Google reviews and profile.
That's the whole origin story. There's no agency, no account manager, no offshore team answering your reviews. You get me, and you get the software I built to do the boring parts on a schedule so the monthly fee goes toward work instead of overhead.
I live in Winder. I work with businesses in Barrow and Gwinnett because I can drive to them, and because I'd rather have ten clients I know than a hundred tickets. If you call, it's me.
The questions everyone asks.
How is this only $149 a month?
Because most of the monthly work is automated — the review requests, the data pulls, the report. What's left is a few hours of actual judgment, which is what you're paying for. Agencies that charge far more are paying for account managers, sales staff and an office. There isn't one here.
What does founder pricing mean?
The first ten clients pay $149 a month and $299 to set up. That price stays the same for as long as you stay a client without a break. Clients who start after the tenth will pay more. If you cancel and come back later, you'd come back at whatever the price is then.
What does the $299 setup cover?
The one-time work of getting the review requests running and getting your Google profile into shape — categories, services, hours, photos — before the monthly work starts. You pay it once.
How long before I see anything?
Once we have access to your Google profile and your photos, it looks visibly different within about 48 hours, and review count usually starts moving in the first two weeks. Map results on longer searches move in 4–12 weeks. The short, competitive searches take 3–6 months of steady work. If a company promises you week one, they're buying ads and calling it SEO — when you stop paying, it all disappears.
I already have somebody doing this.
Then ask them two questions: how many reviews did I get last month, and where do I rank on the map today versus when we started. If they can't answer both in a sentence, you're paying for activity, not results. Either way the audit is free — worst case you find out your current guy is doing fine.
Do I actually own my website?
Yes. The domain is registered in your business's name and the site is yours. If you leave, you leave with it. Some shops rent you a site that dies the day you stop paying — always ask before you sign anything with anyone.
What do you need from me every month?
A few photos from real jobs when you have them, and about ten minutes to look at the review replies before they post. That's it. If you have to manage us, we've built it wrong.
Do you work outside Barrow and Gwinnett?
Sometimes, but say so up front. Local search is won by knowing the area, and we're not going to pretend to know your town from three states away.
Free Google listing audit.
Tell us the business name and we'll look at how you're showing up on Google — profile, reviews, map position — and send you what we find. No call required, no pitch deck. If it's fine, we'll tell you it's fine.
